By downloading, installing, or using Vibing (“the app”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Vibing is provided free of charge. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to install and use the app for personal or commercial purposes. You may not resell the app itself or remove its proprietary notices.
Vibing can launch external tools and AI coding agents (such as the Claude and Codex CLIs) and can open your editor and run commands you initiate. These tools may read, create, modify, or delete files in the projects you point them at. You are solely responsible for:
Vibing does not back up or store copies of your files or data; backups are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using version control and reviewing all AI-generated changes before relying on them. The developer is not liable for any loss of or damage to your files or data.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will not result in data loss.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE DEVELOPER’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (WHICH IS ZERO).
The app integrates with third-party tools and services (for example, Anthropic’s Claude, GitHub, and code editors). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
“Claude” is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. “Visual Studio Code” is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. “Cursor” is a trademark of Anysphere, Inc. All other names are the property of their respective owners. Vibing is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies.
You agree not to use the app to violate any law or any third party’s rights.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
